All videos are recorded on a DVD-Rom disc for Computers ! The resource files are on a CD-Disc.
Before Ordering please be sure that your computer has a DVD drive ! Also a graphics card that can handle high Res Video.
The Windows XP version is AVI large video files with interactive menu and is best viewed on a 19" or larger monitor. The latest DVD has a smaller footprint and will take up less space.

The Mac Version is lower res QuickTime Format and can be viewed on a Mac or a windows computer.

The resource disc is a cd-rom and contains all the images used in the lessons along with backgrounds and the draganizer action.
(This disc is included in all the DVD packages) All model resource images are copyrighted and only for use in practice.(backgrounds may be used as you please with credit)

There are no refunds , but an exchange for another format can be requested within 10 days after delivery.If you find that the format you ordered is not compatible with your computer you may use this option. However, please check your system before ordering to insure compatibility.
